Because we only select the best
We aim to source villas and small hotels with real character and charm, where we ourselves would love to stay. We have a high regard for crisp bed linen, outdoor living, views, verandas, fireplaces, privacy, friendly and professional staff, raconteurs, tree-filled gardens and delicious food and wine.
We steer clear of bobbly sheets, polyester curtains, windows that don’t open, novelty teapots, odd smells, sticky carpets, sloppy service, crazy paving, horsehair mattresses and any place described as ‘tastefully furnished for the discerning traveller’.
Some of the villas and hotels we represent are palatial and some refreshingly simple but they all register highly on our scale of quality.
Because you want to be sure of finding the right accommodation for you
Our intention is to hear from you exactly what type of villa or hotel you are looking for and to find it for you. Our accommodation portfolio so far is small but growing and we discard far more villas and hotels than we recommend. If nothing shown here on the website appeals to you, we will be more than happy to scrutinize other available accommodation for something that fulfils your criteria.
In addition we aim to supply anything you may need before you realise you need it - plug adaptors, bedside lights, good quality pots and pans, books, magazines and maps giving information on Cape Town etc. Anything else you require such as child gates, an extra fan, picnic equipment etc. we can source for you.
Because we go the extra mile
A week or two in advance of your trip, we send hints and tips on places to go and things to do while you are here. This will include activities and restaurants that may need booking in advance, or websites that may be of particular interest to you. We also include nuggets of useful information that all Capetonians take for granted but that can flummox the unprepared tourist. We send detailed directions of how to get to each of your intended destinations, and comprehensive instructions of, for example, how and where to pick up your hire car. Needless to say, we can provide you with any extra staff you may require, from drivers and chefs to fully qualified nannies. And should you need advice or help with anything during your stay, we are more than glad to be of assistance.

Cape Concierge is a totally customer-driven service. Our aim is to help every visitor to Cape Town have the best possible holiday, and to that end we are constantly reviewing the service we offer. We are always grateful for feedback from our clients.
